Where We Work

Louisville is our home market. From the Highlands to Prospect, from Fern Creek to Shively, we've poured driveways, dug basements, and graded lots on every kind of soil this city sits on. Jefferson County permitting and Louisville Water tap requirements are second nature to us.

Shepherdsville is the seat of Bullitt County and one of the fastest-growing markets we serve. Between the I-65 corridor build-out and the steady residential growth off Highway 44 and Old Preston Highway, there's no shortage of dirt to move. We know the county inspectors and we know what the soil does after a hard rain.

Mount Washington is one of the fastest-growing zip codes in Kentucky, and we've watched it explode firsthand. New subdivisions off Bardstown Road and Highway 44, custom builds on the ridges, and a steady stream of homeowners adding shops, pools, and garages. We work here every week.

Bardstown — the bourbon capital — sits on rolling Nelson County farmland with deep, well-drained soil and limestone bedrock close to the surface. We work the residential lots inside town, the rural builds out toward Boston and New Haven, and small commercial projects near the bourbon trail.

Elizabethtown — Etown to most folks — anchors Hardin County and sits at the junction of I-65 and the Western Kentucky Parkway. Steady residential growth, a strong contractor presence around Fort Knox, and a healthy mix of small commercial work. We make the drive from Louisville regularly.

Cox's Creek is the rural heart of Nelson County — bourbon barrel warehouses, working farms, and a growing number of custom homes on five-to-twenty-acre tracts. We do a lot of pond work, long gravel driveways, ag building pads, and field drainage out here.

The Highlands — Bardstown Road, Bonnycastle, Cherokee Triangle, and Tyler Park — is one of Louisville's oldest neighborhoods, and the lots show it. Tight access, mature trees, original 1900s foundations, narrow alleys, and historic-district considerations. We've poured driveways behind shotgun houses on Bonnycastle and dug footings beside 100-year-old retaining walls. We bring the right size machine.

St. Matthews is Louisville's east-end commerce hub — Shelbyville Road, Mall St. Matthews, Trinity High School, Holy Trinity Parish. Mostly mid-century brick ranches and Cape Cods on quarter-acre lots, with steady tear-down-and-rebuild activity in pocket neighborhoods. We do a lot of driveway replacements, basement waterproofing excavation, and outdoor living additions out here.

Prospect sits at the far northeast corner of Jefferson County — Glenview, Hunting Creek, Norton Commons just outside, and a lot of custom-built homes on half-acre-plus lots. We do new-construction site prep, basement digs through Ohio River bluff soil, and high-end outdoor living for the homes along U.S. 42 and River Road.

Anchorage is one of Louisville's most established east-end neighborhoods — large estate lots, mature landscaping, and a strong preference for craftsmanship that lasts. We do the kind of work Anchorage homeowners expect: stamped concrete driveways, custom cedar pergolas, basement waterproofing, and discreet equipment access on properties with serious landscaping to protect.

Crescent Hill — Frankfort Avenue, the Louisville Water Tower, Peterson-Dumesnil House — is a tight-grid historic neighborhood between St. Matthews and downtown. Houses are 1900s–1920s brick and frame on small lots with shared driveways. We do a lot of sidewalk and apron replacement, alley paving, and tear-out-rebuild driveway work here.

Middletown is a self-governing city inside Jefferson County — Shelbyville Road east of the Snyder Freeway, Eastwood, and the rapidly growing residential corridor toward Simpsonville. We do a lot of new-construction site prep, basement excavation, and outdoor living for the steady stream of custom builds out here.

Jeffersontown — J-town to locals — is a self-governing city inside Jefferson County with a strong residential and small commercial mix. Bluegrass Industrial Park, Plainview, and a steady stream of mid-century ranches getting reinvested in. We do the bread-and-butter work here: driveway replacements, basement waterproofing, garage pads, and patios.

Fern Creek covers the southeast corner of Jefferson County — Bardstown Road south of Watterson, Beulah Church Road, and a mix of ranches and newer subdivisions on bigger lots. Drainage is the recurring story here — Fern Creek itself runs through several pockets and the clay holds water. We fix that for a living.

Lyndon is a small self-governing city wedged between St. Matthews and Hurstbourne — quiet residential streets, mid-century homes, and a steady reinvestment market. We do driveways, basement work, and outdoor living additions throughout Lyndon every season.

Bullitt County is half our work. Shepherdsville, Mount Washington, Hillview, Brooks, Lebanon Junction — we cover all of it. Rapid residential growth, plenty of rural acreage, and a good mix of small commercial and ag. We know the inspectors and the soil.

Nelson County — Bardstown, Cox's Creek, Boston, New Haven, Bloomfield. Bourbon country with deep agricultural roots and steady residential growth. We work the whole county and we're comfortable on the long rural driveways and farm projects that come with the territory.
