    No — that is a question for an accessibility consultant or your legal counsel, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is measure the existing conditions, tell you what is out of dimension, and build the corrections.

  • What slope does a curb ramp need?

    Current standards limit ramp running slope and cross slope tightly, with a level landing at the top. Rather than quote numbers from a website, we measure your specific ramp and build to the standard applicable to your project.

  • Do you install detectable warning surfaces?

    Yes — cast-in-place or surface-applied truncated dome panels set to the required placement, in the color contrast your project specifies.

  • Can a sidewalk trip hazard be ground down instead of replaced?

    Sometimes. Small vertical offsets can be saw-cut or ground to a compliant transition. Larger displacement, cracked panels, or slabs lifted by roots need replacement, and grinding those is money wasted.

  • Do you work from an architect's drawings?

    Yes, and we prefer it. Where an architect or accessibility consultant has produced drawings, we build to those drawings and flag any field condition that conflicts with them.

  • How much of the surrounding walk gets replaced?

    Enough to make the corrected slope tie in without creating a new lip or a new ponding spot. We show you that extent on the walk-through so the price is not a surprise.
