Our Process

  • Confirm the truck

    We ask your hauler what container and truck serve the site, then size the pad and approach to that equipment instead of a generic dimension.

  • Remove and rebuild base

    Failed pad and surrounding pavement come out, soft subgrade is corrected, and stone base is compacted.

  • Form, reinforce, pour

    Heavy slab section with reinforcement to spec, poured with the approach apron so there is no asphalt joint under the wheels.

  • Bollards and cure

    Bollards set and filled, drainage confirmed, and the pad held out of service until it can take a loaded truck.

How It Gets Priced

Dumpster pads are priced per pad, with the container type, approach length, enclosure footings, and bollard count driving the number. Removing the failed pad and correcting whatever softened under it is itemized separately because it is the part nobody budgets for. A pad poured thin to hit a price is the same pad you will replace again in three years, and we will not quote it that way without telling you.

  • How thick should a dumpster pad be?

    Meaningfully thicker and more heavily reinforced than a parking slab, because it takes container point loads and truck outriggers. The exact section depends on the container and truck serving the site, which is why we ask your hauler first.

  • Why does the asphalt in front of our enclosure keep failing?

    Because the truck stops, lifts, and dumps right there, and asphalt has no answer for that. The fix is extending concrete out through the approach so the loaded axle never rests on asphalt.

  • How big does the pad need to be?

    Large enough for the container plus the truck's approach and outrigger footprint. Undersizing it moves the failure a few feet forward instead of preventing it.

  • Can you build the enclosure walls too?

    We pour the slab, footings, and bollards, and we coordinate with the masonry or fence contractor on the walls and gates so the footings match their layout.

  • How long before the hauler can service it?

    Loaded truck traffic should wait for the slab to reach design strength, commonly around 28 days. We coordinate a temporary container location with you so service is not interrupted.

  • Can this be done without disturbing residents?

    Yes. It is a small footprint, we barricade it, post notices, and set a temporary container location for the duration.
